I wouldnt say he did nothing, he didnt get an opportunity to produce anything due to a s.h.i.t. ride!

I know he had barrier 1 which didnt help, but Robertson should have taken him off the fence early on in the race!

He is an inexperienced horse who needs & likes room to wind up, didnt get the chance on Saturday.

Doubt if he will make it into the final field, last I heard, he was gonna be entered for a 1200m WFA race on the same day.

Yep was in the Worst the other day, is entered in the $250k Winterbottom Stakes on Fruit N Veg Stakes day

i'd be willing to back him next start against the same field.

By saying 'did nothing' I meant 'did nothing towards earning a spot in the Fruit n' Veg'. Winning that race last week assured him of doing that.

Interesting race this one. Alot of good sprinters in it including Real Mak, Metallic Storm, Grasspatch Girl, Desiarnez and David Hayes' Eletric General. Ok I just realised Desiarnez is scratched which is a big help for Marasco. I think it depends on how the race is run, if the pace is hot from Real Mak, Tip the Angel etc and the field is spread out Marasco will win but if someone is allowed a soft lead and the pace is relatively slow he'll find it hard even with Ollie on board. Having said that the horses in this race that like to lead have crappy barriers so no doubt they'll have to do alot of work if they want to lead which will suit, but maybe because of this no-one will want to lead. Should be an interesting race

I wouldnt say lucky, he is a smart horse.

Should have won his last two starts in Melb, certainty beaten both times!

He will go close again, Marasco is the one to beat, I am going for Zanella Each Way though..

Apparently he's going to follow a Lightning Stakes/C.F. Orr/Futurity Stakes/Australian Cup programme next year. Might push onto Sydney if he goes well.

Not the type of horse Id be lining up to back at those odds,(theres not many)
Ill be a keen viewer for possible bigger assignments down the track though.

Will be just an onlooker at those odds, although Scenic Shot is up again today at around 4's.... in the 8th i believe....

Decent enough field,Id be wanting at least $4.

Sat then sprinted, got a lucky break through on the rail.... Had it all over these but didnt seem overly impressive....

Big run by Mansion House was sitting last at one stage, paid 2.6 best tote....
