Trivialsing abortion is a very dangerous thing. Reasons for having one or not are complex. Trying to summairse it as you have is rather silly not to mention shockingly hurtful to many.

Yes, of course, the way to fix any traffic problem is to put more ****ing traffic lights in. Roundabouts actually keep traffic moving, the problem is that doesn't help in Adelaide, where most people got their drivers licence from a weeties packet. We have undoubtably the worst drivers in the world who can't even negotiate a roundabout successfully. I've driven thru Europe and USA/Canada - oh my ****ing god, on the other side of the road no less - shock, horror.

PS : North Terrace from KW St to West Terrace is appalling and all because we allow traffic to cross the road. Every other city has one way streets but not Adelaide, it will confuse the locals. Bloody morons!

I blame the bloody tramline. Regardless of it's popularity it has significantly ****ed up North Terrace. Once I counted the sets of traffic lights between East Terrace and West Terrace on North Terrace and it now adds up to 13! The amount just between CityWest and KWS is well and truly beyond the pale!

To be fair, if it's made a one way street a populist Premier will eventually return it to a two-way street

If the above is spin, then every politician can be accused of it. I would be more worried by core promises he hasn't delivered on. Jobs for skilled workers is the biggest one he has failed at. The best evidence of this is the desal plant and the AWD's where the greater proportion of both projects will be built interstate and even overseas.

I now live in Western Suburbs but did live in Norwood for two years and negotiated the roundabout daily.

Really it only provides jobs for crash repariers. Excellent distribution of income from stupid drivers to skilled tradesman

Tricky one this I remember when I used to go to Melb for 3 weeks every year for the spring racing I walked past a abortion clinic and every day there were protesters out the front hassling women going in.Always thought one day this will get ugly and that's the clinic that had a shooting.

At high school we had a cop who comes in to do road stafety messages for schools and he had a saying that is as true now as it was in the 90's - you drive as if your the only good driver on the road

Truth is that that roundabout is shocking on a good day and you have the majority of drivers who act like d-heads no matter where they drive

If you tallied all the car accidents that happedned there over the last 20 years, and added the total repair bill costs. We would probably have enough money to build a gold plated underpass, overpass and teleporter.



It would repay itself in a matter of years by just reducing car accidents, and economically, on a tiny scale, our state would be better off.
