The only way I can think we'd pick up Jamar is if he was an upgrade for Richards or Bryan so that we could delist one of them and he came basically for free.

You can't keep three ruckman on the list that are all pretty much the same (relatively poor) standard. So would Jamar be a much better prospect than either Richards or Bryan? Probably not.

We need to replace Richards or Bryan with somebody either (a) better or (b) younger with long term potential. Or (c) we keep them both.

Swapping like for like does nothing for anybody.
