But, I serioulsy (on Bay 13) think Port will struggle to make the 8 next season. Totally played above themselves and had the luckiest run in the finals anyone has ever seen.
Now I know all the Port supporters will come back and say "er Yeah, what about the Crows"?
If the Crows make the 8, IMO, that will be a good effort after all the happenings on the off season!

They did have a lot of luck winning by a goal here and a point there and I understand you can make your own luck but to meet sides who had last minute omissions too

The Grand Stage must have felt like an oven to the young lads that blessed its presence. Im sure Symes will be for the better next time.

FREMANTLE coach Mark Harvey has fired a shot at Port Adelaide coach Mark "Chokeco" Williams, accusing him of "advertising" Dockers players he is interested in acquiring.
"He's advertised a lot over the last couple of years about who he wants to come to Port Adelaide and Mark's got to understand that that doesn't work," an angry Harvey said.
"He's tried (Matthew) Pavlich, he's tried (Byron) Schammer and now he's trying Josh (Carr). The smarter clubs do it behind closed doors."

How much more embarrassing can this bloke get?

Not only does he advertise nationally, but he's trying to woo a second hand car with too many miles on the clock to harden up his soft midfield.

Josh Carr is at best an ageing tagger who, if he hasnt been suspended, has played crap.

Surely the thread should be about Mark Harvery jumping at shadows.

Choco's politely indicated his respect and affection for what Josh Carr was at Port while stating that the club is not pursuing him. Take a chill pill Mark Harvey and just concern yourself with getting up to speed as an AFL senior coach.
