How many weeks for Picketts late high hit in the last quarter v Lions?

My opinion will be seen biased (fair enough - I think the same of other club supporters when commenting on these type of threads) but I was very surprised it got a week. High tackle and free kick was all I thought it was worth.

Tackle certainly wasn't late but was high. It's one I think Richmond may appeal I reckon.

Is there a definition of what constitutes a strike?

The tackle literally seconds before on Marlion was equally high and way later but was called play on. Which is it umpire?
