' Mars Attacks ' - THE MOVIE

Did anyone see Mars Attacks on channel 9 last night??

I thought it was hilarious even though it was a take off of those dumb 1950 scifi films.

It turned out how I least expected it to with the granny and his grandson gettin bravery awards. (And the president gettin killed)

One of the funniest parts was the alien acting as a women to get into the White House! Her head was the size of 2 watermelons!!

For those that saw it-what did you think?

Yeah, it wasn't great but it was good.

Some things I couldn't understand. Like what the hell was that cowboy dude that was always on his mobile?

I liked Mars Attacks i always knew it wouldnt be the greatest film of all time but it made me laugh and all the stars that were in it made it bearable.

I give it 3/5 stars.

It (Mars Attacks) is actually based on a series of trading cards from the sixties, not any of the 50's movies, though it does borrow heavily from them. Personally i hated the film, but the only good thing (imo)Tim Burtons ever done is Ed Wood.
