i done it to see what people think as i rate palmer as a ball winning mid so get a life
Might wait until Martin is in his second year and Palmer is back to full speed after his knee reco before voting in this one.
Signs are good for Martin but Rhys was flying in his first year too. Rhys will never have the footskills Martin does but at his best he wins a lot of footy and covers a lot of ground in a game.
Strange comparison, I liken Palmer more to someone like Kieran Jack.

Palmers game on the weekend showed what he is capable of. Now as much as people have talked Martin up he hasn't done half asuch as Palmer did in his first year

Big call. has the talent, the workrate and the drive to be a very very good one for a good number of years. Hasn't got the weapons Martin has with his big body and brilliant kicking but has a heart like Phar Lap.

Scully, Trengove, Hannebery.
Rockliff, Bastanic and Nic-Nat have claims to it aswell.
Not saying he won't be better then these guys but they have impressed as much.
People forget Rhys is 6-7 games back from a knee recon.
