Congrats to Marty - he has just won his first Senior Ulster Championship match as Down beat Donegal by two points 1.15 (18pts) to 2.10 (16pts)

He thought he had won it in normal time when he pointed a free kick from 45 metres in the last two minutes but Donegal equalised to send the match into extra time when Marty gave the vital pass for Benny Coulter to score Downs goal to put them in front at the end of the game.

Down have Tyrone next i think, on the 19th/20th of June. Thats the Semi-Final in the Ulster Division. Long way to go in the champs yet.

Your right - it is Tyrone, who will bw favourites. Down have terrific forwards but their defense is not great and it is hard to see them beating Tyrone much as I would like to see them put one over 'the tramps' - (think Collingwood!)
