The original vigilant, The Punisher, was patrolling the streets and noticed that there were bad guys afoot. He knew he needed to act and act quickly. Pulling his gun he attacked the most suspicious person he saw. Unfortunately for himself and Doctor Colossus he ended the life a plain old citizen.

Meanwhile, Magneto found Mystique and expanded his Brotherhood of Mutants
