I did this for S18, it worked well. But, it's a shit load of work.

Oh yeah, I'm going to vote The_Reaper. Voting a dead person is inexcusable on the first day (it's inexcusable most days), especially when that person was a key evil role.

I have been thinking of the idea recently actually, and it may just be easier to have a traditional format run. Like I did for the finals once.

People pick they're squad of 12-13, and trade people in and out. It means that it doesn't need to start as early as I did it.
