With the Skrull's body still hanging in the street as darkness crept over the city, the city exploded in activity instead of resting as most do.
The Chitarui's plan to attack the Earth seemed basic at first as they found their second victim, they appeared to be starting from the bottom of the food chain. Poor citizen Close Contest stood no chance as he was brutally attacked by Thanos and his minions. Their search of his body proved fruitless in their search for Infiinity Stones continued.
H.A.M.M.E.R. were also on the look out for an easy target after the loss of their leader Norman Osborn the previous evening. They took their frustration out on the closest target, who happened to be another citizen in SM . It was a small step and not the hero they were after, but the murder released some anger from the duo.
Magneto had found his muse in Mystique the previous evening and looked to make a show of his power before hopefully expanding his Brotherhood. He located the Avengers and immediately attacked him. While the fight between Earth's Mightiest Hero's and the Brotherhood of Mutants erupted, two people watched. One was a paid assassin whose loyalty was extremely minimal to either side and the other was a vigilant who would kill bad guys indiscriminately.
Magneto made the most of an opportunity and ended the life of Footypie32 . The rest of the Avengers looked on in shock as Black Widow lay dead in front of them.
Seeing enough of this and feeling Magneto would not be punished by the Avengers sufficiently, The Punisher took matters into his own hands, launching a secret weapon which took the life of Noobz0r and suddenly the Brotherhood was singular.
Bored with not joining in the killing himself, Deadpool threw a grenade into the crowd hoping for a little bit a carnage, or at worst serious maiming. When the smoke cleared, Hatchy1992 had to no time to celebrate the death of Magneto as the vigilant found himself blown up.
