As far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as too tall. There is only too slow, too immobile, too unskilled...but if a player is none of those things then the taller the better.
So our talls are too tall & our smalls are too small. :)
Sorry fellas, I meant the forward line in general would be too tall with that many KPPs filling it out. I like a bit more balance.

As far as being too tall as a player, you're right, there is no such thing.

Already added 6kg to his frame since arriving at the Westpac centre.

Good to hear, I was worried that his beanpole physique would be difficult to add bulk to, but he's visibly bigger than he was earlier this year when he signed on.

Exciting times :D

His kicking action is looking pretty good already, he's very slow with positioning the ball for the drop but he'll get quicker with more practice

Well he's got all of 30 seconds to drop the ball if he can take the grab

I have lots of hope that he is a good'en. But something tells me boys that he is gonna be a football school dropout.
Good one Danny

I thought it was terrific!
Despite my shake of the head at Anzac Days lame joke (and lets not kid ourselves it was lame) I did give it a like. Sometimes the lame jokes are the best. But at the same time I had to as a person who respects him try to discreetly wane him away from this type of humour.
AD if your reading this. I am looking forward to catching up with you when you visit Turkey soon but please leave these sorts of lame jokes back at home. :)

Had a bit of a peek at training this morning, and spent a bit of time watching Cox.

Moves really really well for a large unit - actually got a bit of zip to be honest. Moves a lot better than Grundy or Witts. Goldsack and White spent a lot of time talking to him and coaching him during the drills.

I also think he will end up being a marking threat. There was one contest on the wing where the ball was kicked long out of the backline to a group of around 4-5 players, and he worked his body to be about third in line, but still got first hands on the ball despite being three deep (and Grundy was one of the players in front).

Also slotted a set shot straight through from 50 metres out at the end of the session. Coming along extremely well.
