Kasumi Goto is a human thief mentioned in news reports on the Citadel and Illium. On the Citadel, she has reportedly stolen several priceless works of art; on Illium she has stolen an omni-gel converter prototype.

Kasumi is the second DLC character for Mass Effect 2, to be released on April 6th, for an as of yet undecided price.

Dossier: The Master Thief

Sabotage, infiltration, extraction, Property acquisition, stealth, agile combat.

"This subject has stolen extremely valuable resources from Cerberus in the past. Alarm systems, DNA encoders, guards, and various other deterrents were bypassed, and we don't know how. She was last seen on the Citadel."

Finally completed the game with my ME1 imported Vanguard.

And somehow I accidentally saved everyone except the cute Yeoman I was trying to score with. DAMMIT! Oh well, maybe Ash will take me back in 3...

Side note: am I the only one who though Yvonne Strahovski's voice acting was really annoying?

You lose Kelly if you take too long to go through the IFF field. Time lapse if you did earlier you see colonists die.

More new Mass Effect 2 DLC announced! They are releasing a new Alternative Appearance Pack on Match 26 (same day as Firewalker). In this pack you will get a new outfit for Thane, Jack and Garrus. Check out the image for your first look at their new outfits.

The Kasumi - Stolen Memory DLC will be coming on April 6 for PC and Xbox 360. It will be a paid for DLC, but there's no price as of yet.

The Firewalker Mission pack (nicknamed the Hammerhead) will be available on Tuesday March 23 for free on your activated Cerberus Network.

(Don't ask me how March 26 and 23 are the same day, that's what their posts said)

Today BioWare sent word that the upcoming Mass Effect 2 DLC, Kasumi – Stolen Memory, has been priced and is on track for a release in April. The price of the new content is 560 Microsoft points or $7, even if you are a member of the Cerebrus Network, making it the first DLC in the game to be charged for separate from the Network. The content looks to provide a similar amount of play time as the previously delivered downloadable missions.

Source.

There's a higher chance of me getting this DLC than the MW2 maps haha.

Very exciting.

I'm still recruiting members. It's a fantastic game and I love 99% of it. If anything, I'm pacing myself because I don't want it to be over too soon!

I did find one thing annoying though. You know how Garrus has the damaged blue armour at the start (I won't tell why for risk of spoilers). Well, when you get his alternative look, it has a different colour and pattern but has the same damage!!! Surely that's a bug.

Pretty sure that's intentional. Doesn't seem like something Bioware would overlook. His new gear though that's part of the DLC is undamaged so I guess you could always wait and use that haha.

With pacing yourself don't take too long on some of the final missions, it has ramifications with the ending.

Okay, I'll keep that in mind. I'm still getting together my crew and doing loyalty missions and other sidequests.

I had noticed an empty spot in the crew selection screen that I was pretty sure would be for a DLC.

I know mate just don't want to give it away. ;)
My apologies fearless leader :p.

The one on the far left? That's Zaeed. He's free if you got the game new and he fills that spot. I'm assuming a new spot will be created once Kasumi comes out.

Or perhaps 2nd from the left which comes later in the story?

Highlight to reveal --> Legion <--

Clocked over 42 hours this morning, done all side missions, scanned all planets and just commenced the final mission

Amazing game, been playing it since 10th Feb (so I'm kind of looking forward to finishing it so I can play some of the unopened / unfinished games I have)

Nah, I got Zaeed with the special edition.

I think the spot to the right of him is reserved for the DLC. All other spots, when you click on them, show up the character bio but not that one.

Or maybe it's for someone that you don't recruit but comes into the crew later on...please no spoilers.

I think it's for the DLC chick Kasumi Goto quoted above.

The spot to the right of zaeed is someone you recruit later on.

No spoilers, but basically keep playing and you'll find out

One funny thing. When I met (****...forgot her name but the Asari chick from the first game) I was wearing the Cerberus armour. This has a permanent full face visor. I had banged her in the first game though so she kissed me upon meeting but just got a face full of visor.

Finished it this morning, what a game. Just unbelivable

Best game this gen so far for me

How did you go in the end? Make the right choices? :p

Free Firewalker DLC is out now through the Cerberus Network and the appearance pack is available through XBL Marketplace which for some reason costs 160MS points, so that's probably not work it haha.
Edit: And there's also a new free heavy weapon called Cerberus Arc Projector which fires lightning bolts.

Highlight --> All members survived <--

The Arc is an awesome weapon, d/l'd that a while ago

D/l'd the firewalker DLC but couldn't find the missions, didn't look too hard though

The handling of helmets in ME2's cutscenes is actually pretty poor. While I do like the armor setup where you can choose different helmets for different bonuses, you look like a real nonce having a peaceful indoor conversation with a full-face helmet on. For this reason alone I tend to stick to the Garrus-style HUD visor.

Agreed, I went with the HUD as well.
