Yep. Demo on Tuesday as well. Some people have early access so there's some gameplay appearing on Youtube

No, you can play without it. You'll just use the standard controller interface as per ME1 & 2

Have played some of the demo. Ashley looks really different with her hair down.

The levelling system is different with powers branching at each level from 4 onwards having to choose will be interesting.
