Been Thinking this for a couple of years now, but is there something a bit off about femshep's knockers? They too low and spaced apart or something? Too well defined under her armour?

It's sorta lucky that all women in the mass effect universe have identical shape and size t***ies. Would be expensive making hard plated armour in several different cup sizes

You're right mate, a little too lucky if you ask me.

I like to think that Ash had rocking e cups in high school and had to wear a special bra that compacted them down, like the shoes that Chinese peasant girls had to wear.

Tried to crowbar a joke about banzai plants in there as well but it was getting a bit racist :thumbsd:

Also...what's with all these alien races in mass effect and not one of them having a third boob.

Not really any spoilers (no storyline related stuff) but don't read if you're one of those people who don't want to know anything at all until they start playing the game.

Some of my observations from the demo:
- When I first started playing, it just had a different feel, although this may be because I've been playing through ME1 multiple times recently to get more characters ready to transfer through.
- Some of the lines or 'moments' in the small chunk of campaign seemed sort of corny.. like B-grade movie stuff, although most of it was ok.
- The cutscenes and even in-game scenarios had a more 'big-action-movie' feel to it.
- Great background scenes. e.g. battles and stuff happening in the distance

Characters:
- Anderson will play a more hands-on role this time around, not just sitting in the Citadel 24/7
- Ashley has been revamped and doesn't look like a robot anymore.
- Liara's voice still makes me want to crack her in the teeth.
- Wrex and Garrus still both seem to be the same great characters (from their limited exposure in the demo)

Played as an Engineer and...
- Incinerate (my favourite power in ME) travels faster through the air.
- The auto-turret skill is pretty cool, especially once you upgrade it with a flamethrower.
- Combat Drone is a handy power to get people out of cover and help negate those blokes who hold those big riot shields.

Multiplayer:
- Worked surprisingly well considering this is its first foray into multiplayer territory.
- Is like Gears of War Horde mode but better. (imo)
- It's cool having loadouts and customisable characters that you upgrade the more you play. (powers, guns, class, etc)
- Earning credits allows you to buy 'pokemon card packets' with a bunch of random upgrades, weapons, weapon mods, characters/class types, etc. (sort of like FIFA Ultimate Team I guess)

Sounds like they've beefed up engineer, which is good. Definitely the weakest of the classes to play i reckon

- Liara's voice still makes me want to crack her in the teeth.

hey man that's my mrs you're talking about:D

Just played the demo on my laptop (Same one that apparantly isn;t good enough to run) had to tone down some settings, but runs perfectly.

My pants have been jizzed. Can't wait to March 8

this game has the worst running animation I've ever seen

Absolute disgrace I agree mate. Have we seen any bartarian hoez yet? They got two sets of eyes, maybe two sets of knockers now. Or more, like dogs :thumbsu:

I like it! My Shepard is now just an engineer in the same way that Casey Rivaks is just a cook!

Wasnt impressed with the demo tbh, controls felt stiff, combat was boring and the graphics were also unimpressive. Loved ME1, got bored with 2 so this is a no buy for me, too much coming out around the same time anyway.

Loving the MP so far... even though you only play 2 maps and against the same enemy (Ceberas sp?).

There are 3 difficulty levels. You earn 2 "resources" during gameplay:

- CREDITS: which can be spent in the "Store" to buy packages of random generated goodies... some are to use during MP missions and others boost your weapons.

- EXPERIENCE: which levels you and unlocks your powers/abilities.

The mission waves start rather simple but it quickly gets challenging (even on the easiest level). The waves are also somewhat randomly generated and vary what goals you must achieve. You must still basically kill the entire wave, but sometimes you have I hunt certain NPCs while others protect them within a time limit, or hack a device or an area... etc.

Excited to see what maps and enemies you can face. Also hoping that they can open it up to play against other players.... Might be hard to balance though.

So far against Ceberas though Engineers seem well suited.

Never played this before. Straight to the MP, died on the first wave and some americans cracked the shits with me! Quickly got the hang of it though, really like it! Might have to pick up all three.

No MP in 1 or 2 though... Just solo story line.

Some MP tips/guide so far...

Assault Soldier - pretty much cannon fodder, but hurt if you ignore them... Crowd Control (CC) them or take em down quickly first to thin their ranks.

Centinals - a shielded version of the AS, but harder to CC. Not as many spawn though. Either these or AS or both will lob grenades that hurt... so watch for red blinking indicators and GTFO.

Nemisis - are power shielded snipers. Watch for their laser sights on you and run OOS. Easy kills otherwise.

Guardian - heavy shield carriers but slow moving and normally in mobs of 2/3. Forget shooting their armor shields, you'll just waste ammo. Aim for their feet, elbow or heads, but tough shots. Best to use powers to expose them, grenades or 2 people flanking them.

Engineers - are pricks... well the turrets they deploy are, so kill them quickly before they deploy turrents. Other than that they're easy.

Turrents - are a pain in the arse. They linger through the waves until destroyed. They're more vulnerable when 1st deployed (flat pack on the ground) than when they activate. Once up they will rip through your shields and health if you're caught. Best to drag mobs away, clear mobs and go back and kill turrents.

Phantom - these are like upgraded Nemisis' ( or futuristic ninjas). I think they can snipe (?), but also have a biotic barrier you need to shoot through. They can cloak and if they get in close... You're almost diced meat from the ninja sword they wield. Focus fire and keep them at distance and they're down.

Atlas - huge mech warrior type mofos who shake the ground but are very slow moving. They launch hard hitting rockets, have heavy armor and regenerating shields. Keep moving OOS and clear other mobs 1st then focus fire on them and duck for cover when rockets are launched.

Most dangerous/toughest
- phantoms
- turrents
- Atlas
- Guardians

Kill Order
- engineers
- phantoms
- assault soldiers
- nemisis
- Centinals
- guardians
- turrents
- Atlas (unless you're being swarmed when holding an area... Then focus fire these 1st)

Keeping moving and thin out the easier mobs. Don't get sucked in to saving your fallen team mates if the area is crowded... They will Rez at the next wave if you clear the wave.

The AI is pretty smart and you normally die due to being outnumbered or outflanked. Keep moving an clearing your biggest immediate threats.

On the timed challenges make sure your team is together. Either all in the hacking zone (to defend/speed it up), or to take down targets. On the activate challenges get the lowest member to activate it whilst the higher level members provide cover.

HTH but still your success will be based on your team and randomized objectives/mobs. Had a 'Key Target' objective assigned to an Atlas once... Hard to bring down within 60 seconds with only 2 living team members.

You certainly need at least 2 descent players and 1-2 lowbies to make it through... but 2 high level players or 4 low level will struggle on Bronze level.
