after doing some reading around and watching some videos im starting to buy into the indoctrination theory. Regardless, should be pretty lol to see what they do now they are changing the ending.

I wrote a note about Mass Effect on facebook, and a couple of my friends commented on it and started debating amongst themselves about it, and it eventually grew in to a full blown facebook fight and now they no longer talk to each other.

This is what the Mass Effect 3 ending is doing to the world! Also, I'll upload screenshots if anyone wants a lol.

Yeah that's awesome, his review is pretty damn funny as well.
 
There was a post by one of the ME3 writers on pennyarcade or something that said that Casey Hudson and the lead writer Mac Walters (?) pretty much took complete control of the ending. Everything prior to that had contributions from every other writer. The guy who posted it is the writer's legit account but he's asked the mods to delete posts that quote him etc. This would make sense as the ending was such a deviation from the normally brilliant (imo) writing throughout the rest of the game and series.

Did anyone elses kasumi mission bug out? It did for me and now its incompleteable. Appatantly you cannot leave the citadel at any time during it, a lot of people have had the same problem. The constant bugs are pretty frustrating; 1 and 2 were nothing like this.

Yeah didn't end up completing it, apparently you can reload your save before hand but it was way too late for me by the time I realised. Also annoying as that the mission status' doesn't update so you never know what you have to do next. Missed out on completing quite a few side quests.

Mine did this for a bit too. Although it wasn't until I went to the Citadel lift after that mission. Just seemed to crash whenever you wanted to change floors :confused:
 
The cut scene of the space battle at the beginning of the final mission was epic. I was disappointed this was the only one we got.

And no Harbinger dialogue was disappointing. I wanted to help my buddy out, I was like, "Come on, indoctrinate me! I'll help you." Never happened.

You can't please everyone, though, too much work. Too bad the endings didn't please anyone, except for the hipsters.
 
Online is ******ed. Drop out when I actually get into some games and do well and the other half the time I get kicked because my level is too low. Wish I enjoyed it as much as them/had that much time I guess. Probably more fun with friends. Do you guys get many online games going?

got you on my friends list Mundy and will shoot you an invite next time I'm on.

It can be a pain to get a group up and runnig in the same game (lobby and MP) isn't as easy as say COD... but once you're in together it is pretty good and stable (except for the odd bug... right Ant, did you get a response from that bug report you sent Bioware? [although they probably have bigger fish to fry ATM])

Nah no response, had another glitch the other day in the dark refinery map. Though was able to kill the guy after a while. This time they asked me what platform it was on.

Noticed once you level up a bit it gets more fun, less jerks booting you from the game.

Non spoiler tip, once you get to the IFF mission the game takes time into consideration. Spend too long on side missions from that point and you get a different outcome.

Me too, second playthrough for me, fem-shep style this time ;)

As for doing the final mission straight after getting the Reaper IFF, from memory, doesn't the illusive man or someone else mention that there may be consequences for waiting to go through the Omega-4 Relay after acquiring the Reaper IFF? I thought it is was mentioned by someone either before or after aquiring the Reaper IFF? Or did I just make that up? Lol...I'll find out soon enough anyway.
