EA have some balls releasing this trilogy pack and then releasing ME3 stand alone for Wii U at the same price a week later. I bet the cheap ****s don't even throw in the DLC that was carved off the full game before launch.
 
Good news for the PS3 guys Mass Effect 1 has easily the best storyline to it.

I thought it was awesome. Probably my second fav DLC in between Shadow Broker and Overlord.

Also, there is no conformation on whether DLC will be included in the Trilogy set. However I recall seeing a tweet that information about DLC will be announced later.

A bit delayed with the news, but Omega DLC is coming out later this Spring, and BioWare has confirmed that they are beginning planning on a whole new Mass Effect game but no word on if its a prequel, sequel or something else.

• MASS EFFECT – Executive Producer Casey Hudson and his team are coming off an amazing eight-year run with the Mass Effect trilogy. But they’re not done yet. We are releasing more multiplayer content and we have more single-player stories coming throughout the next six months, including Omega which is coming in the Fall. But the Mass Effect universe is vast, and Casey and our teams have plans for another full game. “Where to go next?” with such a project has been a question a lot of us have been asking, and we’d all love to hear your ideas.

Finished another playthrough, first time with the extended cut. I might have a mangina, but Bioware certainly know how to create emotion in their endings.

Still,
still not sure how to react about leaving the chance of Shepard being alive. I feel like I need MOAR closure after that, a reunion or something after seeing him live again. Bah, I'm probarbly FOS though :p Time to start the trilogy again

High EMS-Destroy is the only one where he can survive and it's alluded that the crew go and search for him and likely find him, however it's all about creating your own headcannon until something else comes along :)

Waiting to see what dlc is included on the ps3 version of the trilogy, it hasnt been announced yet from what i can tell. Will be a day 1 purchase for me either way though i rekon. Got all 3 games, but on different platforms. Would like to just play through all 3 on the ps.
 
New Multiplayer DLC coming Tuesday, new characters, weapons and Collectors as a new enemy faction. Also, a tweet from Mike Gamble suggests the patch released on Thursday will set up for more DLC.

I'm going to get this
I have ME1 on Xbox 360 and ME 2 and ME3 on ps3. I'd like to get the set on PS3 and do a complete playthrough.

I'll totally get this as well. I've always wanted to play this series but wanted to do it from the start. Which had been previously impossible on PS3
 
Got all 3 games plus expansions except Leviathan on PC and enjoyed them all. Loved having Wrex & Jared (From the Ashes) in my squads just for their lines. Curious about Omega and how it will impact on ME3 timeline, war assets, etc. Hopefully we get to kill off Aria.

Wow, that would be an interesting choice. I had never thought of that. I don't think I would but that would be a cool option.

Playing through ME2, there was just something right about the controlled chaos of Omega. And as I played through, I kinda grew to side with Aria, and the fact that Omega was taken from her in ME3 strengthened that stance.

Like the way you're thinking Googstar, but don't think I could kill her.
 
Will buy the Trilogy on PC.

After playing each game 3-5 times on Xbox, ME3 I've only played once though.

But would like to see the improved graphics of the latter games on PC and perhaps the controls might be a little better?
Although the game was designed for console, so maybe using a controller would still be better?
 
I just picked backed up where I left off on Rannoch three months ago. It took eight hours, three attempts and two days, but I managed to save both the Geth and the Quarians. :) Gunning for the Illusive Man now.

Good to hear the original is coming to PlayStation too. I want to play it so badly.
 
Just finished Leviathan. Pretty hot & cold I thought. No spoilers but some missions were boring point & click while 2 missions in particular were fantastic (dig site & crashed site). You do gain fairly healthy war assets. Provides some more background on the Reapers creation. Probably worth $5 but I am not screaming back for a refund. For me 6.5 out of 10.

I see where you are coming from Scariness in regards to Aria but for me she is just one of those NPC's that grate me.

If you like low budget fan films check out Red Sand. It's a fan films made by a college group and is a prequel to Mass Effect when humanity first discovers the Mars ruins. Also it has Mark Meer (Male Sheps voice) as the lead character John Grissom.

EB has it listed as the 6th of December. However it's listed for 360/PC for the 8th of November. Don't know if there's some month exclusivity or the dates are just out of wack. But the November date seems more likely for all.
 
Whose pumped for Omega DLC?

Playing through the trilogy. Finished my first play through of ME1 as an adept character, deep into ME2 and then onto ME3.

Next weekend, intend to start as a sentinel. :D
