All morning the official Mass Effect FB page has been pushing something called the Andromeda Initiative that looks like is launching on N7 day (Nov 7). At work so can't really see what it is until I get home. Probably nothing cool but if anyone gets a chance to see and share what it is about here that would be great.
 
There isn't really any news as to what it is. They released this teaser trailer with the only information given about the game being "a future that begins 600 years from where we stand."

not much time left to announce the date if it is March. but i think at E3 they said it was still Q1.

Announce special editions and a PS4 Pro bundle, along with other details about the PS4 partnership.
 
I'd be shattered but short term pain, long term gain. With the rumoured release of next March getting closer and we really don't know much at all you have to wonder if that's because they're just holding out or because they're not confident in what they have to show yet. A delay would suck but an underwhelming Mass Effect would be worse. Take your time BioWare, nail it.
 
Yeah, it seems no release date because they don't want to rush it, and honestly don't seem to know when it will be finished.
That is interesting given the experience of Bioware and EA, I hope it means they're trying some ambitious stuff.
(hopefully they learnt a lot from Inquisition and adjust accordingly)

EA aren't worried about missing Q1 for the game, which is a good thing.

Looking forward to N7 day for hopefully a bit more news.

Doubt it would happen but a remastered trilogy with all DLC would be awesome! Think the new COD did something similar with Modern Warfare?

a remaster of the 2nd one would do me.

But Bioware have said 1000's of times they are not doing a remake/porting the games to current gen. If they did it would of been out by the end of the November at the latest.

A remastered original trilogy with all DLC would have been amazing. I hope they do it eventually. If not on this generation of consoles then the next.

Yeah true enough, not getting my hopes up...

...unless they announce it and say it's essentially ready for purchase haha. :p

There would of been rumors of it by now. every remaster has had rumors of it for months before the announcement.

Best you could hope for is to get NBN and have Playstation Now launch in Australia.

Makes sense - tomorrow is the 7th over there (would line up with N7 day). Hoping for a glut of info haha.

I would expect it to come early in the morning. Day light savings ended in the US yesterday. normally trailers pop up around 9AM PST. so could be about 4AM AEDT

Ill expect a gameplay demo at PSX in December, just a story trailer and release date/game info tomorrow. with special editions announced.
 
Psyched!

The collector's edition N1s look pretty sweet. I'm seriously considering the die cast (not remote control) one.

Am hoping that there will be a decent PS4 pro bundle.
