It took a few months to fix Unity.

Also some unconfirmed reports that it has framerate issues on XB1 and Base PS4.

I know its just one person's impression but this concerns me. Says that combat is vastly improved but the story, writing and acting is poor and the side quest design and UI is horrible.

Looking forward to trying the EA Access trial on Friday to see if these issues are overblown.

Yeah I read this, and I'm all for someone scrutinising a game and being honest, but this article just stank.
He goes too far is looking for things to be critical of in my view.
Not dismissing what he's saying, but it's hard to take much away from it given he just shits on the game the whole time.

Other impressions available have been more positive, without being gushy.

I wonder how many hours into the game the Access trial is capped to. [I know its a 10 hr trial] but i saw something saying its only the first mission and first explorable planet.

All in all, I can't wait to continue on later today. It was pretty addictive, and as a Mass Effect fan that loved the trilogy and was hoping this would turn out well, I'm so relieved. It's Mass Effect. 100%.

Also side note, the music in general is ******* awesome. Lots of synth, some bass. Oozes a bit of ME1.

Shinobi is a self confessed mega fan and insider. and was given the game by someone who worked on it. and i think he has played it in other parts of its production.

I dont think its going to be a pile of s**t, but i also dont think it will be great.

In terms of reviews im expecting 7s and 8s.
I was concerned with how long it took to show some gameplay and how underwhelming its all been.
