Easily? Nope very lucky she managed a few good dishes other than parfait to get her through.
But by far she relied on Desserts only, in practical parfait desserts.

The right top three. Matt and Elena are clearly the best two cooks in the competition, whereas Harry on his day is also excellent (although the gap between his good and bad is pretty big).

Yes easily. Apart from Anastasia who was better? Chloe made just as many errors and the rest were not as good as her.
Most desert cooks rely on desserts that is the way it is.

Her FB page going through her dishes is very good. She's a sweet girl outside the kitchen. She did a Q & A on Friday on there talking about cooking and her outside the kitchen.
