Anyone else reckon he's boning Kate?

Man, he's got teeth like the Mask. They are massive.

Glad Trevor didn't go home. He's one of my favourites.

I think Chris will win, though. Unless they gun to vote him out. He's just such a Russell Crowe kind of prick. Perfect chef. :p

I won't Chris to lose the challenge tomorrow because I wan't him to keep being the prick he is. Good for Sam if he is boning Kate she is pretty fine but a total bitch.

no suprise there, and as someone pointed out when Nic decided to leave no doubt if they had a close pressure test then they would keep all 3 and tonight was that night.

you can throw around all the conspiracy theories you want but they did state that they would be judged on that dish and all 3 did really well and deserved to stay on that.

Sam is on very thin ice now and i think if he is on the losing team he will be made the scapegoat in elimination.

Not likely he's just recently married though i reckon Kate wouldn't say no! Also reckon the wife may be getting a tad green;)

Really hoping to see Kate go soon..not only an average cook but a horrible person.

Pretty hard to split either of the guys tonight, and I think that the judges made the right decision.

It's a decision that takes away the credibility of the pressure test, though.

The whole point of it is that they must cook under the pressure of both time and the fact that one is definitely going home, but now the contestants know that that isn't necessarily true so the edge is taken off the challenge.

No point having such a challenge if they can just change the most vital rule when it suits them.

How funny was it when Chris goes to Kate just before they are about to come back to the house "Are you going to turn into a crying mess again?" or something along those lines. The way he said it gave me the impression he wasn't joking around.

It was brilliant.
It's obvious that he (and many others) have seen through Kate's act/antics and are tired of them.

Conspiracy theory or not, Sam has been remarkably lucky twice now.

It doesn't matter whether they deserved to stay, the fact is that they found themselves in the pressure test, which is supposed to require someone to go home.

If they're going to change the rules every time they've got a tough decision to make (or every time a high profile contestant is facing elimination), there's no point having rules in the first place.

Another reason why this show just doesnt cut it. One is supposed to go home, so send one home. If they are all so close, then work out that Sam has been in the bottom 3 before, so send him home.

It was annoying how Kate was helping Sam out. Arnt they supposed to do this 'pressure' test on their own? Good to see Trevor worked out his own mistake and fixed it himself without being told by others.

And how annoying is Kate. She thinks she is the best desert maker ever. And Chris is right, she is playing the game something shocking with the tears every time something bad happens to her. Get rid of her please.

And lastly, why do they need to repeat about 2-3 minutes of footage every time they come back from an ad. Its only been a 3 minute ad break, i remember what happened before the ads, dont need to repeat it. Although if they didnt repeat the footage they could fit the episode into 1/2 and hour and not a full hour, yeah? (lol, why does the bald judge always say yeah at the end of every sentence?)

:D

I forgot about that howler.

What happened, stormee?

:D to be honest i don't watch the show - i just have quite a bit of 'inside' information, just got the wrong day. suffice to say there will be a shock coming up at one of the eliminations - but because i don't watch the show itself i got the wrong episode.

Not that I really care, it is quite funny how utterly idioti i look now though :o sorry haha.

Exactly.

Yep, i don't mind giving the odd hint, tip or even encouragement, but it annoys me how Kate, Sam and Josh (when he was there) would guide each other through every single step of the pressure test recipe, but wouldn't dream of helping anyone else.

I don't mind others shouting out the odd thing because they try to help everyone, but last night it was basically two people cooking for Sam, which is another reason why the pressure test is now a sham.

And Chris is right, she is playing the game something shocking with the tears every time something bad happens to her. Get rid of her please.

A few of them are on to her, which is good.

I know young women are emotional, but they've been in the house for what, 6 weeks, and apparently Josh was her 'best friend' and Sam is 'like a brother'.

As i've said before, she's an immature, spoilt brat, but she's obviously not dumb, so you'd have to wonder how much of her antics are manufactured.

And lastly, why do they need to repeat about 2-3 minutes of footage every time they come back from an ad. It's incredibly frustrating, isn't it.

The worst one is the night after the team challenge.
They spent a good 3-4 minutes repeating what we saw the previous night, right down to announcing which team won the challenge.
It's unnecessary but obviously used to fill out the 5-6 hours of weekly airtime.

Not that I really care, it is quite funny how utterly idioti i look now though :o sorry haha.

It's all good, buddy.

Hehehehe :thumbsu:

Sounds like you know someone on the crew or something?

Has filming finished?

Due to the server being a ****, I will post in dotpoints now after it deleted what I wrote.

- Kate picked dud team with bottom 3 from last weekend.
- Kate's team had no leader, this cost them.
- Chris was smart picking mentally weak Kate as the captain.
- Sandra is in trouble at the elimination with Sam and Kate probably voting for her.

The blue team also had one less to work with.

It was entertaining seeing some friction between Sam and Kate.

Reckon Kate will be the one to go with only Sam certain not to vote for her.

**** I wish the Red team lost, Aaron was dead in the water, he was as useless as **** on a bull, can't believe how shit he was, ****! He was GONE!!!

Either Kate or Sandra to go tomorrow/tonight, Kate is definitely not strong enough to lead a team, Sam basically ended up taking over the leadership duties, while Kate bitched to the camera later about it(Umm, you're the captain SAY SOMETHING THEN AND THERE, NOT LATER), to end up $300 behind was VERY bad, that is almost 100 items, just not good enough at all, she would be my pick, too weak to lead(Will now be picked at almost every challenge) and doesn't have enough variety in her cooking ability.

Sandra was an idiot with the Risotto, surely she would know not to just put the whole lot of stock in at once and it has to be a bit by bit thing? As Trevor said dumping the whole lot of stock in at once BOILS the Risotto, you want the liquid to ABSORB! Stupid move.

Judging by the previews for tomorrow/tonight's ep, Sandra had a few votes, so wouldn't be surprised if she went.

But damn I wish the Red team lost!

I really enjoyed last nights episode.

It's obvious that either Sandra or Kate will go home.
Sandra's risotto technique was bad and the end result looked dreadful, but they did sell it all, which was the whole aim of the challenge.

Kate's leadership was pathetic and non-existent and it showed with her team becoming a shambles.
Whilst Sandra's meal was horrible, she did sell it all so didn't cost her team victory, but Kate's lack of leadership certainly did cost them any chance of victory.

I'd like to think Kate will go, but with both Sam and Kate guaranteed to vote for Sandra, it's difficult to see anyone but Sandra leaving :(

BTW How bloody lucky has Aaron been? He constantly talks himself up yet always comes out of challenges looking hopeless.
The minute he's on a losing team, he's gone.

i was hoping for the red team to lose, i dont like Chris as much as other people on this thread, comes across very threatened by younger people and that whole kiddy mafia was very immature.

a few people going under the radar at the moment, i would like to see the judges pick the captains next who havn't won any challenges Lucas,Andre,Justine.

people complain about them keeping Sam, well its not fair that Kate has had to be captain twice in a row and not by her own choice.

funny how no one has mentioned that.

Kate is going to be captain everyweek that a contestant has to choose a captain, they are going to exploit her poor leadership abilities.

Agree Aaron was useless as per normal. Stuffed up cooking the Toffee and blamed it on everyone else for moving the pan. Funny how Poh got it done first time, lucky to still win the challenge with the item not going out.

To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if the Blue team and go the soft option and vote out Lucas because he didn't get enough customers to the stall. However I am hoping Kate goes and has a big cry.

How is it unfair?

Also, what has it got to do with Sam being saved, twice, the last time by the judges breaking the rules of the show?

funny how no one has mentioned that.

The only aspect of Kate being chosen captain that is notable is that she's terrible at it and wouldn't struggle to lead a horse to water.

It's obvious that she gets chosen because she's hopeless at it.
It's strategy, just as it's strategy when they pick teams, and strategy when a contestant chooses the special ingredient.

I'm amazed people like Chris. Good for the show but a total **** of a human being.

Given we only know him from the show, why would you be amazed that people like him?

Yep.
He's a weird cat, that's for sure, and it was obvious he would blame others for his own failings.

I'm no chef, but if you can't make a basic caramel you've no right to be in a kitchen, let alone be on Masterchef.

Yeah Aaron was hopeless with the toffee. The thing I like about him though is he continuously makes bitchy comments about the other contestants/team that I find amusing. He got in a few last night about the blue team, meanwhile he's butchering the toffee!

Some of that could be put down to selective editing, but yeah, i suppose he is quite entertaining with his delusions of grandeur.
