Pretty strange match by Djokovic. His first set, understandably, was pretty terrible. Errors everywhere, especially on the backhand side, which was an absolute mess. Got himself into winning positions in many rallies, and yet hit it straight back to his opponent. His second set was a lot tighter, less errors and his opponents level dropped.

Zverev pulled through in a very tough match against the tricky Bublik. But yeah, results have gone as expected thus far really.

Disappointing performance by ADF. He made the final here last year, he’s going to drop a lot of places in the rankings. Ouch.

Check out Sonego’s MP down against Humbert, amazing. Made even more awesome with the crowd.

Tonight’s lineup is awesome. Ruud looks like a different player on clay, was so impressive last week in Estoril. Didn’t play premium quality however you can see his comfort levels on the clay. Hits so much more confidently and aggressively. Will be dangerous here.

Fantastic line-up tonight, starts with Sinner vs Hurkacz. You’d imagine Sinner would win this pretty comfortably but you never know.

Jarry vs Tsitsipas following, and then Djokovic vs Musetti. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least to see Musetti win. Can you believe he’s won 18 straight games, three straight bagel sets! Then the match of the day on last, Medvedev vs Zverev! Zverev is the far more accomplished clay courter but with form and confidence, you’d almost back Daniil.

Then on court 2, Khachanov vs Rublev, Fritz vs Lehecka, Berrettini vs Rune.
