Was watching the boxing day test from south Africa and some Paki was walking up to the crease and pegging them at the batters. Not that it did them any good.
Chuckers galore these days

Second-most popular sport in the world...

NBA/Baskeball is far more popular amongst the cooler/younger generation.

Soccer and Basketball are taking over in the West Indies/Caribbean/and that fills me with so much joy and delight !

Imagine a NBA player with the wing span of Viv Richards and skills of Brian Lara !

at least until they fix the boring regular season and three-point spam

The NBA is so shit these days.

The refs don’t even bother to hide they’re trying to even-up one-sided games.

Cricket pisses all over it.

The good teams like my World Champion Celtics tend to rise above corrupt *wit refs like Zach Zarba, Scott Foster and Tony Brothers

Anyhow Cricket fans can't throw stones when it comes to corruption either in their sport either, especially players placing beats, constant cheating etc

If you could ask any sports fan who lived in the 90s which sports legend you were able to go back and time which legendary live performance you could watch and attend live, which one would most pick ? Michael Jordan or Sachin Tendulkar??

I am willing to bet that 9 out of 10 said fans would pick MJ (there is always one nuffie out there going against the grain)

There is not one cricketer (past or present) that has captivated the world's imagination like Michael Jordan

I didn’t even know who MJ was in the 90’s, true story.
The internet wasn’t as big a thing then and US sports weren’t covered like they are now. I’ve never been interested in US sports, I think it’s a generational thing.
I didn’t want to be Sachin either, rather be a degenerate rock star, probably Phil Rudd until he got a drug habit and lost his teeth.
