Anyone know if Matt is related to Billy?

They're both South Aussies, and I think all Lokans are related. Some bus driver here was a Lokan, and I found out HE was related to Billy.

Earliest possible response would be most appreciated!

Bill Lokan, is currently a teacher at Trinity College, Gawler.
Apparently probably only a distant relation to Matthew.
