No pressure on Carlton for letting him go if the 700-800k report was true. Once a quote like that gets out, it’ll keep getting repeated no matter how many times it’s denied.
It doesn't help with getting a trade for him though, which would be by far our preferred option.
I think it has zero impact on the trade. List managers are talking to agents direct so they know what he wants, they don’t read something on social media and then won’t take their calls.

It would be an acquisition just for the sake of it. We have Paul Curtis that does what he does. If he was more of a crumber and forward pressure type he’d be a good target but he really isn’t that

I just don’t think clubs will offer much , I mean the alternative is Carlton need to re-sign him but the list spots are why they haven’t yet

I think the plan is to use pick 12, 34 and then use pick 66,69 on the Camporeale twins so the 4 spots left are all taken up.
I also think clubs like Essendon/North would offer more salary then you would anyway
Think Essendon is the no brainer move though
