Wasn't it Hutchings interview this week where he let it slip there are two players that are the designated kickers or players to give the ball too in the team ...Jetta and Mitchell .

Think we have a few more , Duggan could be good if he has time but not so under pressure but other then those few our other midfielders are okay kicks but Jetta and Mitchell are the clear standouts .

Yeah i remember when i used to "help" my parents when i was like 4 - same same really - just got in the way and slowed things down.

Its the fact that hes been clearly told not to kick it yet hasnt been told not to call for it and instead block that does my head in.

Hes the absolute worst kick of a footy in the team - his handballing has no depth or subtlety and hes not creative in any way - these are his weaknesses and yet this is what he tries to do more of...... instead of using his strength.
Without good kicking or handballs good is there anything else a footballer can do playing AFL?

Put the OP on ignore and you'll never see the thread again, except in the summary at the top of the page of recent posts.

Of course that means any other threads started by Kranky Al will also be missed, and he's far from the worst poster around here.

"Percentage of kicks you hit minus percentage of kicks the average player would have hit given the difficulty of your kicks".

Bombing long to a contest (a large percentage of Priddis' kicks) presumably counts as a "hit" even if it's not a good kick.

Surprised at Shuey on that list. Not at all surprised to see the Gov though unfortunately. His kicking this season has been atrocious. Use to be one of our most reliable kicks out of defence.

Iam not a great Priddis fan but thought his kicking was good on thursday night.
Also he was under pressure for nearly every possession, cant remember any possessions where he had time.
That's because he has no speed, no agility and no right foot. Of course he's never going to have any time when he gets it.
