A brownlow, AA and B&F is decent for the worst 200 game player ever. Not hard to lead the worst midfield in our history either considering how strong they've been in the past.

I would argue Shaun McManus has a solid caseEspecially since the worst 200 game player ever is clearly Anthony Rocca.

Last night was a microcosm of the majority of priddis' games - 30 disposals for no advantage to us.
Matt Priddis – 7
The 2014 Brownlow medallist tried his guts out on what was a sorry night for his footy club. The retiring Eagles champion had a team-high 30 disposals (23 contested), 12 clearances and seven tackles to be his side's best player. Despite the lopsidedness of the result, Priddis can walk tall.
So it's full of two reasonable groups of people and a third group. Interesting.
How much longer can anth.....Especially since the worst 200 game player ever is clearly Anthony Rocca.
I actually think you type the way you think and that your lips move whilst you do so.
But unoriginal insults aside - i dont blame priddis for our recruiting as clealy he isnt a recruiter - i blame our club for sticking with a guy who was good enough to get us wins against the bottom sides but not the top.
For sticking with a guy who looks lost on the mcg - where every gf is played.
For leaving us in this limbo of norfness rather than moving him on for whatever we could get for him (which i feel could have been a fair bit off the suns or gws) and going to the draft and developing players in the position he himself said was the only position he could play.
I also blame a mentality of stats above all else. Complacency and really.. laziness on the behalf of fans, media in how footy is analysed and judged. Which seemed to be worse for us (WCE). That we (most of us) were all to easily ready to accept that being a great player is just to get 30 plus stats. And if we have 2-3 guys that get them every week means we have great players out there in the marketplace kicking around with the likes of the other club's great players. Priddis and Gaff have hidden behind that their whole careers. Made their careers out of it in fact.
Mate he was good up to rnd 10 or so last year. Part of the reasons he made AA in 2015 was due to his kicking.Thing us gaff was a good user of the ball in his first two seasons. Wtf happened? Is it because teams have figured out hes a dedicated lefty?
Then fix that - as a kid i had a foot injury and couldnt kick on my preferred for a couple of months - its not hard to learn to kick on your other foot.
Is gaff a lazy footballer?
I remember early on and even 2015 Gaff was willing to take the man on and actually sprint hard. You just don't see that any more.
I was there at AO whengaff had his break out game and he did that on so many occassions that day.
Getting a fair preview of how Domo's gonna fill his time/this board in a post Priddis world.

nah I'm happy to keep Gaff. Hopeful for next year with Venables coming in.. Sheed and Redden have more upside. Nic Nat back.
I might focus on Simpson! haha
he has been bad in my view.. just won't roll the dice. Clearly when we've been getting smashed. This week prime example. He did nothing outside his set rotations .. "nothing worked" no shit! Yeo was left to languish at half back .. Wellingham played incorrectly again. DO something, anything Simmo!
Either of those two to the midfield for an extended period. After what we all saw what Scott did at Geelong too.
Yeo went forward at the start of the second half, Wellingham went back, Gov went forward at one stage. Jetta went deep forward after coming off the back of the square for most of the game. Just off the top of my head.

glad this is all finally over. thanks for ending the vanilla era. and a special thanks to john for creating it.
a new era will hopefully usher in some guns. brought a tear of joy to my eye as we will never see those floating inefficient kicks ever again. magnificent.
The club loves a battler, I bet they are looking for another one so they can market the **** out of him.
