Still think he is a dud and is going to be delisted?
I rate him...has pace, can mark and may be a hit or miss player but hits pretty hard.

I think I am Predisent for the delist Matt White club but he does seem to be turning it around the last few weeks...good for him. I guess now he is playing well when we are winning we just need to see him consistently play well when we are down and not be a downhill skier. Time will tell.

A number of our guys are showing that they are not bad disposers of the ball now that Wallace is gone and they are able to be a bit more decisive in who they kick the ball too.

When you look at guys like White kick, there doesnt seem to be anything awkward in his kicking style. Getting rid of those crappy sideways handpasses has been a huge benefit to our side.

he has a good attitude and the desire to make it. These players will get rewarded under dh.

Need to see him against a team that isn't absolutely awful. He's always looked good when we're winning - he was pretty good in 08. It's when things aren't going badly that we need to see what he puts up.

Fair call. However, not all players are leaders and he does seem to be the type of player that is strongly effected by his team's mood. If we can continue to build our confidence and belief he may well prove to be a very handy player - a regular game breaker even.

I wrote him off earlier in the year but I've been saying for weeks now there are plenty to go before him. Like King, he gives it a zillion per cent, is passionate about the club and runs as hard as anyone. Teammates would love them both. Their speed, running ability and determination are currently compensating for their deficiencies. Hardwick just may have hit upon the secret to getting the best out of these blokes by giving them a role within their limitations and to their strengths.

the start of the season i could see that we were trying to be more creative with our kicking which resulted in turn overs. Our skill level is increasing as a result and our confidence is increasing also.

:)INTEGRAL part of this side is Matty White. Hard at it, pace to burn and generally good skills.
Plenty here wrote him off and always call for his scalp when making changes, but shoving it right up those people's butts these last few weeks/
Will be a long-term player!!! And lovin watching him tear it up these last few weeks.

yeah he's been playing good, but still he thinks he is usain bolt, he is quick but not that quick, unless he runs onto the ball he shouldn't run and just go back take his kick or pass it on to a running player, only say this cause he gets done 80% of the time, check him just before the farmer goal in the 4thQ when he did a good tackle on t.johnstone, he got the free picked the ball up and started to bolt before he even stood up and ran straight into him. still got to go back and take his kick but he does it all the time and gets done for it. thats his only downfall fix that he will be near perfect.

its amazing when every player starts working hard and getting into good positions, makes everyone look twice the player we have seen them to be over the last few seasons.

other then pace the one thing that impresses me is his awesome leap, one of the marks he took last night made him look like he was 195cm.
