Enright has only ever worked under two head coaches in his entire career.

Keeping club legends solely in house results in situations like Hird, Voss, Buckley.

We all know Scarletts views on the gameplan and list, I have more issues with him than I do Scott.

I would have been happy to move Scarlett on a couple of years back, but one situation that really raised my eyebrow was after last years grand final and the different groups going off for holidays in Qld before returning to Vic - photos from multiple members of the Misfits that include Scarlett on holidays or various activities with them

No shit that you want your players and coaches to have good relationships and there be a respect for each other, but if you end up with a situation where it's real buddy buddy between players & coach (even an assistant coach) and a month after your last game for the season, they're on holidays together - does it start to make it an awkward situation when back within the club environment, especially for those not within that little group?

Not sure it would be appreciated if Scott went on holidays with the likes of Selwood, Dangerfield & Duncan, but Scarlett & some Misfits was seemingly a non issue

Most coaches would give the players the necessary space in their off season. But not our Scarlo; he’s a different cat.

Is there a list of assistants out of contract? Haven’t seen any whispers about some replacements for the outgoing coaches? Great opportunity and probably a final one for out list to squeeze out some ultimate success before Danger, Hawk, Sel and others fall off the cliff.

Also said cat's had thrown a spanner in the works for possible Lappin move to the blues. By offering him a long term deal at the cats in development etc. That's how i heard it ?

Well...that is the question ? Caro further to that said "won't coach anywhere else" Let's see how close to the murmur Caro is.

Makes little sense. What if we got another coach and he didn’t want scarlo? Does he never coach again? What if scott’s contract is extended? Does he sit out cause he doesn’t want to work with him?

We wait and see i guess. It's been extremely quiet down at the club since farewells to Enright & Cooky and too a lesser extent Knights. Other than the whispers of Scarlo and CS spit, its been way too quiet publicly.
Hock is probably laying down the law and saying how it is from now on.

I wasn't talking about what Caro said. I just saw some tweets through the day from football journalists (Not Tom Morris) that said Brian Cook had been speaking to Scarlo about coming to Carlton.
