I heard his comments and they specifically related to our two way running and I agree as a midfield we haven't worked hard enough both ways since 2010. It goes hand in hand with Blaze's thread yep we look great on paper, but just haven't been getting the job done!

Its now time for the players to put up or shut up and I can't think of a bigger test than Freo first up who are the kings of two way running ATM.

Dermie is okay, but I can't help but feel he has rose coloured glasses when he talks about Collingwood.
David King is another decent one, although I don't mind Lyon I don't rate him.

The "Collingwoods midfield is to slow" is shit it is no slower then 2010, we may have lost Daisy but we have gained young who is as quick. it is because last year we had big names missing and the younger guys didn't have the fitness to run both ways

Yeah his Collingwood supporting childhood does shine through on occasion.

He covers it well in that if you didn't know he supported Collingwood as a kid or played for Hawthorn you wouldn't pick it, but look a bit deeper and it stands out IMO.
