Matty 'cheat' Lloyd

Matty Lloyd sunk to new depths last night in the 3rd quarter. He pushed his own teammate into an oncoming Richmond player to milk a free kick. The Richmond player couldn't do too much about it and was payed a free kick against him. Some of you might say good play.

What has been quite evident over his career is that he is willing to forgo his own dignity to play for free kicks. But now he is resorting to sacrificing his own teammates welfare to get that free kick.

What would have been good is for his teammate to get knocked out and have 10 replaying it over and over. Certainly wouldn't wish that on an innocent player, but at least all his teammates and umpires will know what depths he goes to to get cheap free kicks.

And this is comming from a supporter who's leading FF has a dummy spit then throws his arms in the air while yelling at the umpire "Where's my bloody free kick ump" Get a life you friggin tool.

Do you know if that goal was result of hands in back free that would be so sweet if it was does anyboby know ???

yeah man that would be so bloody sweet yeah
how funny would it be?
it would be the soloution to everything:rolleyes:
FWIW i believe it was the goal as a result of an alwyn davey chasedown, stand to be corrected though

Everybody knows that Lloyd does dive for free kicks, but despite that he is still an extremely good player in his own rights and will be remembered as a champion. Once he gets a lead from opposition defenders he is very hard to stop. He also reads the play very well.

Once he retires from the AFL mabye he can play for Melbourne Storm. With how he dives he will be a champion scorer for Rugby.

I'm just trying to make the point that he won't be remembered as true great by oppostion supporters, they'll just remember the peripheral stuff, the diving, the big shorts, the grass throwing, the lack of a right foot. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying that's how it is.

Enough said on Matthew "Diver" Lloyd the better. He does not play for Essendon, he plays for Matthew Lloyd. He is the most selfish player in the AFL. The bombers are so over rated and they beat the 16th best side by eight points

Not a bad win considering we only hit the gas for 10 minutes

Good player, pity he cheats by milking and faking for free kicks, he's got the talent to beat them fair and square so i don't see why he does it.

Mate if you were honest you would admit our yuong list craps all over yours.Your main guns are well over 27 and the Dons will hover mid table because you keep getting fill in players to try not to bottom out.

We've been hearing that since you won the wizzard cup in 2005. Nothings changed. Go for the three peat dennis!

Just like richo is a tanty throwing dud with no right foot.

Tool...

The greats are usually put down by people who are envious of their ability and success.

He will only be recognised as a true great by his own supporters, others can actually see right through him. He has no respect from the average supporter in the street, unlike other great full forwards, Lockett, Ablett and Dunstall, opposition supporters could see how good these guys were.

Actually that's completly, wrong, he is a champion and a true great.

The fact that Lloyd is on that list is a total embarrassment for the AFL, and belittles all the other players on that list.

It also shows how pathetic the umpires of the current generation are that he has continually gotten away with the diving show he puts on week after week.

Fevola averages more frees a game than Lloyd. Pot Kettle.

Your team is an embarrassment for the AFL.

Lloyd I'd say, has been one of the best fowards this year, ranked about 5th on the goal kicking list and missed a couple of games.

I'd also say that he is one of the most important players in the AFL. He changes essendons set up so much and makes it a lot better. I'm sure if he was at you club for 10 years you'd feel the same

800 career goals, suck on that, he will go down as one of the best full forwards ever when he retires, he will kick 1000 goals

Richo would be ahead if he got the freebies Lloyd gets.

Just be warned,

with new coaches next season Essendon and Carlton will be a force.

Richmond unfortunately will have to survive another year of Wallace on-track to 2011.
