News Max Bailey to coach Box Hill in Season 2019

Chris Newman is moving on up to be a Hawthorn Assistant Coach after winning the VFL Grand Final with Box Hill in season 2018.

Max Bailey has been appointed Box Hill senior coach for season 2019. Currently a Hawthorn Development coach and coach of our AFL X team in 2018.

Big shoes to fill but then again, they don't come much bigger than Max.

Big max may have a tough first year as coach if we lose some of our better box hill players plus delisting of BH stalwarts and stronger bodies of WX, JOR, Lovell and to lesser extent doc and langers. Provides room for younger players to step up.
