Just watched his highlights! This kid could be absolutely anything. Good mover, great mark and works hard.

It just keeps getting better for the MFC!!!!!

i told everyone a no ruckman was good enough to go in the first 30 picks! and some dumb as sh*it melbourne support who was high on the 'hype' from BF says "nah vardy is good, best ruckman he will go in the first round" he didnt go till like the 40s! someone find that post where he said that and tried to shut me down i wanna know who he is!!!

Might have been me BS - I did think Vardy would go first round.

Gawn looks pretty good though. He will be stronger than Sandilands and more athletic. Looks like he can take a contested mark too.

Will be great value strategically on game day out of the goalsquare on occasion.

Just watching these highlgihts. Takes some good pack marks, moves well for his size. Should play NAB cup hopefully..

Have played junior footy against Gawn, and he didn't start staring until last year, only got picked up from the dragons half way through last season.
Impossible player to defend once he extends those arms, would have to be body on body to stop him from jumping to come close to beating him.

Was glad to hear him get picked up in the draft, and also another note, tallest, heaviest and YOUNGEST player in this years draft. Still only 17 years old.

Good luck to him, hope he gets a game next year
