I'd like to start the off season nuffie content you're all craving.

With Battle gone it seems very likely Hammer (trialled down back a little this year) probably heads to the backline. But if one of our key forwards has to go back, would we be better off using Max, or Hammer at CHB?

Might be a perfect release valve for Max after a few up and down years as well as an important bit of education for when he returns to the forward line.

Girl Why Dont We Have Both GIF

niether, but if max comes back displaying that body language & its all too hard crap, try him down there

Yeah I wouldn't be playing either of them as permanent defenders but it would be good if they could give us options to play there.

Caminiti and Sharman have looked alright in defence when they have played there and Max could go alright there if given the chance but they are all more valuable for us up forward. More likely will be looking to recruit another defender to replace Battle.

Like Ben King, he will surely be coming back home to join us and his brother at some point, it's just a matter of when and not if.

Nope. This is too much nuff.

Never go full nuff.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Hammer given a crack there over pre season. Ross was vocal in that he liked what he saw. He looked like he could become a bit of a weapon with good intercept marking.

You think , I think one King is enough at this point in time and he has had chances to come back and hasn't , not sure the pull to play with his brother is as strong as it is for some on here

Webster - Caminiti - Wilkie
Sinclair - Howard - NWM
Hill - Steele - Wood
Henry - King - Butler
Higgins - Sharman - Keeler
Marshall - Windhager - Phillipou
Wilson - Byrnes - Clark - Owens - Arie/Garcia/Dow/Stocker/Jones/Draftees

Hammer to FB. Release Howard to CHB, his best role.

Assuming Membrey goes then Keeler gets first crack in the F50 to replace Hammer.

POU and Owens to rotate with Henry through the F50 and on ball.

Plenty to work with in 2025!

Call me crazy, but what about Owens? Strong mark, huge heart, and plays taller than he is. Not that much difference between Owens now and Battle 5 years ago, except maybe that Owens has more runs on the board as a forward than Battle did
