You are giving him credit for all his useless 1-2's to nowhere because he hits a target deep in defence with a Micky Conlan handball and the player is compelled to give it back to him so he can kick it sideways to someone in no better position. And they both have much higher defensive numbers, tackles, pressure acts, defensive half pressure acts, spoils(Daycare has not made a single spoil this year.) And they both get given the ball by team-mates less often than Daycare:

Bontempelli 13 x receives per game, 8.5 score involvements, 5.8 tackles, 21 pressure acts, 8 defensive pressure acts and 1 spoil per game.

Put it this way, if I played against him in 1980's footy and ever caught the little germ I would definitely be trying to think of ways to hurt him. Nothing would give me greater pleasure than to totally shitmix him.
