I'm glad he debuted today. Did some nice things but the pace of the game was clearly too quick for him at times. He'll be better for the experience and I hope he plays again next week.

Walker really made him work and he looked slow. Is he a left footer or right? he used his left a lot and looked average. Only positive was his positioning and giving clean hand passes when under pressure.

Can't have too high expectations for a first year player. But if that's all he can offer at this stage then play an established player who will have an impact (I'm looking at you Edwards).

Don't think he's quite ready, and that's okay. Not going to pot the youngster, he got a taste for it in front of a big crowd, let him now use that as motivation over the preseason now that he's seen the level.
