
The playing surface is the REAL issue here, and there’s been barely a reference to it. That may can change when someone does a knee because the turf has shifted under them. Watching the games there reminded me of the Gary Larson cartoon; Bob’s roller skates, floor wax, ball bearings and banana peels, with all the slipping going on. How are these professional sportsmen meant to play to their optimum level when the AFL can’t even provide them with a deck befitting an elite competition?
The only players slipping were in losing sides. Didn't seem to effect the hawks or tigers
