As we become a better side people are going to have to get used to some players being left to develop for 3-4 years.

Worth a listen. He mentions Brandon Ellis, how they have a good friendly rivalry, both being players with big tanks, and how he really wants to play on the wing opposite Ellis. A 192cm winger would be very handy, so I'm hoping he comes on this year.

would like to see him playing 2-3 preseason games next year and then really pushing for a HBF spot.
he looks like a pretty good player, and if he doesn't make it at RFC, i can see him playing for another team. really need to make sure he doesn't slip through our fingers here.
