Mate, that story's been around forever - well before the Hewitt wedding. For some strange reason the Melbourne media are talking about it as though it's new. Next thing you know they'll be writing a story saying Warren Tredrea and Matthew Primus don't get along.

Taking pot shots at the interstate league leader isn't new.

When Port was top we had the Tredrea v everyone stories. West Coast is easy to line up. We don't offer much in the way of scuttlebutt, so they're going to run with this.

Craig - - answered this on Radio 3AW on Saturday saying the duo "worked well together".

They do whats needed on the field to get the job done. I know in my own work there are people I wouldnt pass the time of day with if it wasnt work related, similar when I was playing sport. Some teammates I didnt respect , but the work gets done and the ball gets passed off.

Who cares, what they do is their business. As long as they are professional about it on the ground and work together if need be, ie it doesnt affect the performance of the team. The last thing we would want is in the dyeing seconds during the Finals for McLeod to refuse to handball to Edwards and opt for someone with 3 on 1.
