Mead Meltdown League 2016/2017

Ok so since last years commish has been promoted to The Ultimate League and i've been relegated after a few years in the upper division, i figure i might as well volunteer myself to see if i can keep the lower division going. This thread is to see if we have enough interest to keep the lower tier afloat. We need 10-12 people to make this happen. It will be an offline draft.

League settings are as follows;
Head-to-Head
Random draft order every year with snaking draft
Standard 9 categories (fg%, ft%, pts, 3pm, ast, reb, stls, blk, to)
Re-draft league (i.e. the league starts again every year).
Rosters (PG, SG, G, SF, PF, F, C, C, UTL, UTL, Bench, Bench, Bench, Bench) ie 14 man roster

If you finish in the top three in the Tarnished 'Toine Foundation League, now Mead Meltdown League, at the conclusion of the playoffs you are promoted to the Golden 'Toine Ultimate League.

Slow offline draft is preferable but at this stage we're just waiting to see if we get enough players to fill a league. If we get enough players to fill a league and don't have time to do an offline draft we'll set up an online one...

Nice one, you're in. I think since this is a feeder league to The Ultimate League i'll set a minimum of 8 teams with the top 4 playing off for the 3 places in the UL. Unless we get a whole bunch of people fairly quickly that is in which case 10-12 people would still be optimal but that seems less likely. 2 more people in the next week or so and we'll kick off the draft...

I'll set it up. Looks like we're good to go. We still have plenty of time for an offline draft. I have a busy weekend planned but i'll get one of the boys from the Ultimate League to come in and do a random number generator for the draft order. We can start the draft once that is done. No time limit on picks early as we only have 8 of us and 14 picks each. If it gets slow after a few weeks i might have to put a time limit on picks.
