I haven't, they food is generally high in sodium. It's convenient, but not very big serves. It's expensive as opposed to just buying your own food and making your own meals
thankyou.

the high sodium content was one of the things that struck me as well.

i think i will give them a miss

So we had two packets of them taco stand and stuff little boat things in the pantry
* knows why
So instead of throwing em out we made tuna mornay and put some decent cheese on them in the oven for 15
Great grab snacks
I'm eating them cold

We've also done a small mince once with veg and put sweet potato on top

Chicken ones are next
From memory there's about 6gms of carbs per boat

Just prepped for the whole week.
2 chicken breast fillets, big ones from a wholesaler joint not freakin coles piss little ones, butterflied and coated in morrocan seasoning parsley garlic and some chives, squinted with lime juice when done, now sliced and cooling
2 beef eye fillets with a pepper crust, now sliced and cooling
A whole pot of steamed Vegs, broccoli peas corn beans brussels
And a lamb crock pot on with sweet tats garlic cloves a few spuds mushrooms green capsicum carrots and peas
10 eggs hard boiled
Salad made in large spinner bowl as well in fridge, 4 leafs, spinach, carrot and cabbage shredded and sliced.....just gotta add feta

So I've now discovered chaffles and decided they're the greatest thing ever. And so easy to make - just an egg and a bit of grated cheese.

Chaffle BLT - I don't eat bread at home so I'm loving it now I've found a protein-packed substitute. (Last chaffle pic I promise)

why don't you eat bread?

At home I eat low carb other than veggies and a bit of fruit. I wouldn't say I eat paleo exactly, but I follow their big three rules of no grains, no vegetable oils, and no sugar.

In social settings I'm more relaxed and happy to eat whatever is on offer.

i'm a bit anti the paleo and not only because the guy who continually promotes it is in all sorts. but i'm just interested in the reasoning behind the no grains.
