Medders has been in bed all week with a stomach complaint and in doubt for sat nights game.
Surely the Caff will play.
So Caff is going to play in the positions of both Medhurst and Thomas according to you? come on buddy make up your mind, pick a story and stick to it. Medders may have been sick this week and Thomas did get a knock on the knee, neither are certanties to miss and if they don't miss i doubt Caff will get a run.

When did i say he would play in Medders pozzie or in Daiseys pozzie?
Just saying that he would surley be a chance if both Paul and Dale missed.
Thats whay i am saying IF Paul and Dale miss he would have to be a chance at getting a go this week.

When I saw the title to this thread I thought... Shit what has Medders stolen?

I'm paranoid now after all the crap we've been through.

Hopefully he feels better by Saturday. I'll make some chicken soup and send it to the Lexus Centre

How bad a stomach complaint can it be - does he have typhoid fever or something?

Given our outs, you'd reckon they'd get him out there somehow if it's anything short of a serious flu - or a leg injury or similar?

Mate gastro or similar virus can be killer (literally) they dehydrate you completely and if you arnt shitting or spewing you are sleeping. You have absolutely no energy.

If he has a stomach virus or even the flu he will be quiet sluggish if he plays saturday night

Word MC Pendles.

Apparently Thomas didn't train yesterday too which would give more reason for the McAff. He is tipped to be picked in the team but will have a fitness test tomorrow.

Yes, but with the treatments they have these days a week should be easily enough to get him on the paddock Saturday night - even if he's dosed up to the eyeballs with medicine.

The most we could expect from Macaffer (particularly in an extremely-inexperienced forward setup) is that he might 'show a bit'. I've no desire to go along on Saturday night and watch our Twos play - and that's the way it's shaping up at the moment.

As someone else noted, an 80% Medhurst beats any alternative we have available. If he and Thomas don't play (and with Davis needed in the midfield), we go out with a forward line containing only one of our best six (Cloke). That worries the living cr** out of me.
