Just watched it having recorded it earlier, but Rob Kerr and our recruiting department were featured on channel nine's TAC Cup: Future Stars. If someone is able to upload, it is definitely a 'must watch' for everyone here.

Key points of Kerr's interview with Terry Wallace included:

- Rob's own career;
- the Lions recruiting department;
- where our list is headed (getting games into our younger players and targeted 2016 as the year we should be pushing for the top 4);
- Pearce Hanley (which he credited Gubby with) and how hard he is worked to get where he is today;
- Dayne Zorko and the NEAFL system (who he identified when watching Niall McKeever play in Qld's state game against WA;
- Brendan Fevola and how it impacted out club and the reason(s) why we went for him;
- the 2009 trade period; and
- our future needs and mentioned that when working under Kevin Sheedy a big focus, which he has maintained since, is recruiting taller players or players with running height and also players that are flexible enough to play multiple positions.

I think that was pretty much everything, but could have missed one or two things. No mention of contract status of any player etc.

I listen to SEN a bit during the week, and Plough is on a few shows. He often mentions that he believes he left the Richmond list in a good state. Funny because the only reason it was in a good state was because they had such poor seasons that they ended up with a lot of high draft picks.

Yes, singled out our redheads...then had a go out Stakes for going in Batchelor of the year, then one of the younger players (I forget who it was:oops:) for going to some pub the other night...I think that was a touchy subject, the boys groaned and the joke fell flat...easy to get the impression Vossy either didn't know about it or he had been in trouble for it...then having a go about Browny not playing because he had a sore foot etc saying just as well the big fella wasn't there! Oh yes, and had a go at Mayes for all his twitter selfies...Vossy thought that was hilarious:D

Was actually very funny..
