And on Thurdsay - is that Sherman he asks as he grabs a ball and snaps a goal out of the pack? Yes it is and kicks a goal (five minutes late!)

Bwuce is struggling, Dennis at one stage said the Saints hadn't had a stat inside 50 for about 35 minutes, to which Bruce replied "gee, really!" Lets hope 7 abandon the 'analyst on the boundary' and get Tim AND the Ox back in the booth and Bwuce sticks to just calling the game.

I have resorted to not bothering watching Channel 7 coverage (yes...me, a man who has watched 90% of games in full since 2004), so thanks channel 7.

Seriously, last weeks first game of the season, I couldn't sit in the room and just watch it, i just turned it up and decided to glimpse over at it every now and then whilst on the computer.

And then Thursday Night's game, I fell asleep and woke up at 3am to realise Channel 7 put me to sleep at 1/4 time.

It's actually because due to paying through the nose for the footy rights and the V8 Supercars, they have basically no budget to speak of.

Kerry Packer offered the $780 million deal because his accountants knew that Channel 7 couldn't afford to pay that without crippling the network.

Little did they know that Channel 7 would be dumb enough to cripple their own network...
