Haha..that was pretty funny. And you're lovely Shell!
Thanks CG17. As were you.

Now i going to be very carfull what i say here. i didnt think any of you were butch infact i found all you to be nice people, it was a mental picture i had in my head i never expected you all to be A. so young (nothing wrong with that) and B. good looking young ladies. i was a bit shocked.
Bahahahaha.. we're never gonna let you forget about this you do realise? (Just ask Brasil2007 about it :D)... And Eliiiza you know too well he thought I was butch... I must cut down on all the swearing n that I do on this board.

Friday night was awesome people. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. For a hillbilly like me from Gippsland it was great because there aren't many Geelong supporters down my way.

Don't take this the wrong way, but like others have said, it was a pleasant surprise to see that we are such a good looking bunch!!:thumbsu::D Hopefully, everyone has the same opinion of me and didn't think I was a freak!:D

Many thanks to Mooney D'king and Years of Pain for organising such a fantastic night.

Also like to thank ablett5 for a ripper night at the "G" afterwards. I started the night with standing room tickets. By the 1st bounce, I was sitting in prime seats on level 2!!!! That was great!

I look forward to meeting up with everyone again soon.:thumbsu: GO CATTERS!!

Somehow I don't think butch is the appropriate word!

How did you handle the game anyway Shell? I'd resorted to headbutting the seat at one point.
Headbutting the seat is a massive understatement mate.
i distinctly remember, through my tequila haze, preventing you from running onto the groung, grabbing the nearest geelong player and attempting to smack sensne into them and wake them up.............

Calm......probably not quite the term I'd use. Actually I don't think as rich as varied as the English language is, there exists the correct term or phrase for what we went through.

Relief?
I brokedown when the siren went. Stood up crying, but my knees almost gave way.

I spent the last quarter pulling my hair out... regretting that now of course.

My knees were shaking, my throat was sore and I couldn't decide how I felt!! Haven't sworn at a game so much ever. Poor little kiddies around me... Actually, there weren't many.

I distinctly remember Partridge shouting "F*** you Geelong, f*** you!!!". I'm sure it was during the third quarter.

I'll claim temporary insanity due to football induced stress.

I've never had a headache during a game but it happened on Friday night. For almost the whole second half. Couldn't blame alcohol either.

Those last 10 minutes were bloody terrible. The swearing, the uncontrollable shakes and the pure emotion was too hard to take. After the Rocca free, about 10 times in a row, all I could say was "don't f****** do this to us".
