I was lucky to only include them in one of my multi's unluckily it was the most likely to get up with the hard stuff already happened. didnt trust storm and rightly so. told my mate about 6 weeks ago the only threat possible to melbourne for the premiership is warriors.

Not sure if any of you blokes are on the Sportsbet Facebook page, but I remember seeing a similar discussion where a guy managed to win a multi on Dallas to win the NBA, Green Bay to win the NFL, and Boston to win the NHL. Pretty sure he featured in their newsletter too. F'in crazy!

A guy here at work stands to win a $1900 on a $1 bet placed at the end of last years footy season. He did it based on Geelong to win AFL, Manly to win NRL, NZ to win NBL, NZ to win RWC.... can't remember the 5th leg.

I totally minced the legs above, confusing it with another multi he had which did not come in.
The legs I can recall from the winning one (he showed me the ticket which was placed in May 2010) were
Green Bay to win the Superbowl
Qld to win the SOO 3-0
England to win the Ashes
NZ to win the RWC
Yep, can't remember the 5th leg again so rather than get it wrong I'll track him down and find out but thanks to NZ it came good. What I remember is the Green Bay leg was paying $15 so that was what beefed the payout up to $1900.

He does research, but you still need a hell of a lot of luck for them to come good otherwise you'd retire from work and gamble like that full time.
