Is T Phillips for T McDonald & late pick swaps feasible ?

It would definitely work for both sides. However apparently Tmac wants to make stay put. And as pointed out he is on decent $$.
I reckon it would be a savvy move by Tmac as Collingwood right in the window and have a decent record of bringing in recruits who play well.
