Sorry took so long my bloody optus usb shat itself and has taken 3 weeks to get the prick back. Here is my game plan
FINAL TEAM
B: M McVeigh,B.Rutten ,M Firrito
HB: C Enright, P Ryder, T Kennelly
C: A. Goodes, S. Goodwin (VC), B Burton
HF
. Chapman ,N. Reiwoldt (C) , J Porplezyia
F: A. Didak, B. Fevola, C. Rioli
R:,B. Ottens, J. Lewis, N. Foley
I/C: N. Stevens, L Ball, W Minson, A McPhee
GAME PLAN
My game plan will revolve around key aspects
A strong well balanced group. Have an elite full back who can play on Brown, Pavlich etc and a mobile CHB in Ryder who can play on mobile players such as Franklin. I have chosen three hard running, high possesion winning smaller-mid sized defenders in Enright, Mcveigh and Kennely. Players such as Foley and Lewis can rotate through the back half as well. Firrito and McPhee are good options as the third tall. Firrito's ability to play on talls and smalls makes him a great balance for the back 6. May use Mcphee as a CHB at times to free up Ryder. Probably the weakest of my 3 lines but still a very strong group
MIDS
May not have a Judd or Bartel but is very deep and has great flexibility. It is the most even of the midfield groups i think. You could have 3-4 rotations and would be of equal standard. Goodes is a two time brownlow medalist, Goodwin a multiple All Australian. Add to that Lewis, Foley, Stevens, Ball, Porplezyia, Didak, Chapman, Enright, McVeigh Burton and even Rioli. That is some serious firepower. I think every side may struggle to contain that group for 4 quarters. I think they would wear most sides down. Maybe needs a defensive mid though players like Ball, Foley and Lewis could do that role very well i feel. The rucks in Ottens and Minson are a very good combo who can win possesion around the ground and also go forward and kick goals. The strength of this midfield is its ability to kick goals. There is 6-8 guys in this group that kick 20-40 goals a year. The ability for the players up the ground to kick goals means it is very difficult to flood back on my Key forwards. If you flood back it would create scoring opportunities through the middle. I think it could compete with the other midfields chosen. A strength is my bench with Stevens and Ball starting there. There are some bloody good midfields may I add
FORWARDLINE
Awesome. This is the best forwardline of all 8 sides IMO. I dont think this group could be shut down. Reiwoldt and Fevola alone would be enough. Add to that Didak, Chapman, Rioli plus resting mids such as Porplezyia, Goodwin and you have the most dynamic and flexible forward group. Throw in Burton and Goodes as thrid talls or Minson and Ottens as resting Ruckman and you start to see how good this group is. It has no weakness. The defensive pressure of Rioli, Chapman and Didak means that turnovers create more scoring opportunities. Overhead every player is Elite. Reiwoldt, Fevola, Chapman, Rioli, Burton, Porplezyia, Goodwin, Ottens etc are all outstanding overhead players. You can also throw Ryder forward as well as Mcphee. The other strength is this groups ability to finish. Burton and Reiwoldt are a bit iffy but still kick high tallys every year. The rest of the group finish nearly anytime they get the ball inside 50. The strongest of my 3 lines

GAME PLAN
My game plan will revolve around key aspects
- Quick ball movement- With a two elite KPF the aim will get the ball quickly into the forward half. With players like Rioli, Didak, Chapman etc as crumbers you would expect this team to be high scoring
- Hit up leading player- Look for Reiwoldt presenting hard up the ground or secondary options such as Porlyzia, Chapman, Didak etc who all present well up the ground. Hard running midfielders such as Foley, Goodwin, Stevens etc plus half backs such as Kennely and Enright to look for the handball recieve and long to Fev
- Quick Rotations- With so many players capable of going through the midfield plenty of rotations to wear the opsotion down. Players in the midfield rotation: Goodwin, Lewis, Foley, Porplezyia, Didak, Chapman, Enright, McVeigh, Burton, Ball, Stevens. Have the option of going small, big, quick or defensive. Players can rotate on or off the ground
- Rolling Zone- I picked a side I felt coul play a rolling zone like Hawthorn and Geelong. Would expect it to be prevelant next year. My side is outstanding overhead which is crucial in creating turnovers and has enough elite runners to do it consistently. Aim will be for players such as Lewis, Ryder and Enright to find space across half back and set us up
- Tempo Footy- I picked a team that is very good by foot for a reason. The side will look to control the pace of the game. When an opposition gets a run on will keep possesion of the ball. The numerous lead lead up options in the side mean that with patience scoring opps should open up.
- Flexibility- This side is very flexible. I think it has the most flexibility of any side chosen. Bar Rutten, Reiwoldt and Fevola all other player are effective in 2+ positions. Even reiwoldt can play on a wing to great effect. I can go tall in the forward half with Minson, Ottens, Mcphee, Goodes and even Burton who plays tall. I can also go to a smaller Western Buldogs type forward line with Rioli, Didak, Goodwin, Porplezyia, Chapman etc. Players such as Lewis, Foley, Ball, McVeigh and Stevens are very good across half back and can be rotated through there.

STRENGTHS
- Forward line
- Flexibility
- Depth- It is a very deep even squad
- Skills- Very few player weak by foot
- Run- Very quick, fit hard running team. Tall players are extroidinary athtletes e.g Reiwoldt, Ryder, Goodes etc
- Overhead
- Team balance- This side has great balance. It has players who can play every role needed in the modern game
- Disposal- A highly efficient team by foot and hand
- None-
- Defensive midfielder- would have liked one but with a team like this you probably wouldnt need one. As stated earlier think a Luke Ball could do it and Nathan Foley has done it in the past very well
- Third Tall defender- Firrito is a very good player but would have loved a Milburn type player. Not a huge weakness with McPhee on the bench but would be one area I would tweak slightly
- Defensive depth- May be one player down (as mentioned above) if I got an injury though have tried to cover that with the selection of Mcphee on the bench. My flexibility of my midfield siuch as lewis etc may also give me some cover
