My forward line has enough scoring power to match it with any team, albeit most of it is from the pockets, my backline is pretty solid defensively, but still has little attacking side.
I may as well take this opportunity to build upon my backline and midfield by taking Peter Burgoyne.
It might be the alcohol talking, but he has lasted a very long time for a high possession player who can play midfield or backline.
Peter Burgoyne.

It took me a while to register this one, you seriously picked Kreuzer as a second ruck over players like Charman, Hudson and Minson?

Don't rate those guys, Kreuzer has shown that in his first year he will soon be one of the premier ruckman in the comp.

In fact, i can't remember a ruckman ever showing more in their first year.

Just look at Leuenberger, tipped to be one of the best ruckman ever seen at U18 level, but is still taking his time do develop.

Most, if not all of what Kreuzer has done has been as a forward, not as a ruck, he will be a good if not great player, but currently he plays the same role as Minson and is not as good.
As for Leuenberger, he has shown a bit, but has been curtailed by injuries.

I guess it boils down to the fact that i don't rate Hudson, Charman and Minson. I had my eye on Josh Fraser with the Malceski pick but goal sneak took him unfortunately.

Anyway, i know that i would rather have Kreuzer in my team then Minson, Hudson or Charman.

Luke Ball- Noticed he was still left. Struggle to find a better player left so decided to go with best available. Brave and tough as nails. When his body is right is a gun. Was great till got hurt this year. Think in this group would be great as a defensive midfielder. Got plenty of attacking, skillful midfielders. He adds some added grunt and a very good bench so far

Michael Firrito- Underated defender who can play on the third tall but also take small forwards. No nonense defender who compliments my defense well I think

Headless has 3 or so hours to make his pick.
I think we should make it that once the 24 hours have been up, if he can take his pick before the next person in line takes theirs he gets it, if the next person in line takes it his pick is relegated to the end of the round.
After the 24 hours are up, the next person's 24 hours start, and it restarts if headless can get his pick in between his 24 hours ending and the next persons pick.
Does that sound alright?

Im actually quite suprised that no ones gone for this bloke. I need another tall backman as I can play Lade as my third tall forward if need be. He's an injury prone gun, he's a rising star winner, he's J.RIVERS:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

Better than Hunter, eh Beats? ;)

 What makes Rivers better than Hunter? The fact he hasn't played footy in more than 2 years?
The fact is the last time Rivers played good footy, Hunter was also playing good footy and was CHB in the premiership team, and taken back to that point in time the type of game Hunter played where he could also go forward is more important to my structure than the type of game Rivers played.

Anyway as for my pick, this player kicked 38 goals for the season and averaged slightly under 20 disposals a game.
Needless to say I'm very happy he's around here as he rounds off my forwardline quite nicely.

After we finish all the drafting I think we should do a write-up on our teams, eg who can play where, why the team is good and a general game plan etc.
Is that a good idea?
