You'd think they'd improve on last year with the quality of hard at it mids coming through, top 4 or it could be bye bye Neale.

I would say it is unlikely. But then again you can never tell what is going to happen during the season. Last year nobody would have given Fremantle a chance in hell of getting the premiership. But when the finals came along they were a smokey and in the mix.

I'm predicting an Adelaide-Melbourne GF. Adelaide will win, but a GF should be enough for Neale to keep his job.

I dunno, they'll probably win 7 games which will just be enough to stop them winning the spoon.

So I'd say no, they can't do it. ;)

No, Melbourne will fail again.
The Norm Smith Curse will linger the same as the Curse of the Bambino haunted the Boston Red Sox - see the similarity - after the sacking of Babe Ruth.
The Curse of the Bambino

This is a story of bad trades, fielding mishaps, slumping stars and the joy of almost overcoming those conspiring forces. Because history has been so cruel to Red Sox fans, a nation offered such highs and such lows generation after generation, they are often equal parts pessimist and optimist. Maybe this is the year. That it hurts even worse. Many point to the Curse of the Bambino as the root of eight-plus decades of frustration. CNNSI.com takes a tortuous trip back through time, where Red Sox glory is mixed with Yankees dominance in a tumultuous baseball history.

Have made the finals for the past 3 years, and the team should only get better this year. Will push for top 4 at least - depends on how much our kids improve.
